PRIVACY POLICY — PanelForge

1. Introduction
PanelForge (“the App”) is operated by Zeenith Base LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. By using the App, you agree to these practices.

2. Age requirement
The App is intended for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Because the App processes facial images, you may only upload a photo of yourself, and only if you are 13 or older. You must not upload a photo of any other person without their permission.

3. What we collect

• Photos you upload: When you create a character, your uploaded photo is stored on our servers and used to generate comic panels with a consistent likeness. It remains stored until you delete the character. 
• Story prompts: The text you enter to generate scripts and images.
• Generated content: The scripts, pages, and panel images created for you, stored on our servers. 
• Device identifier: An installation ID (device token) used to operate the coin system and link content to your device. We do not require an account, name, email, or phone number.
• Usage analytics: Anonymized event data to improve the App. 

4. How we use it
To generate your comics, maintain face consistency across panels, operate the coin/subscription system, enforce content rules, prevent abuse, improve the App, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Third-party services that receive your data

• Google Gemini: receives your uploaded photo (as reference) and text prompts to generate images and scripts.
• Google Cloud Vision: receives uploaded and generated images for automated safety screening.
• RevenueCat & Google Play Billing: process purchases and subscriptions. We do not receive your payment card details.
• PostHog: anonymized usage events. 

6. Content moderation
Prompts and images are screened by automated systems before and after generation. Sexual, violent, hateful, self-harm, and any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors is blocked. Prohibited material involving minors is never permitted and may be reported as required by law.

7. Data retention
We retain data as long as needed to provide the App and for legal purposes.  Flagged child-exploitation imagery is never stored — only event metadata for safety/legal compliance.

8. Your rights
You can delete characters and projects in the App, which removes the associated stored data. Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data — contact us below.

9. Security
We use HTTPS for data in transit and reasonable safeguards. No system is completely secure.

10. International users
The App is operated from the United States; your data may be processed there and in countries where our providers operate.
